These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of licencegaming.com (the “Website”), operated by DD Consultus Limited, a company registered in Malta with company registration number C65123, with registered office at Office 1, Piazzetta Business Plaza, Ghar il-Lembi Street, Sliema SLM 1560, Malta (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about our consulting services, including gaming licence acquisition, company incorporation, banking assistance, compliance and related services. All content is provided for general information only.
2. No professional advice
Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice, and no content should be relied on as such. Professional advice is provided only under a separate written agreement between you and the Company.
3. Engagements
Use of the Website does not create a client relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate service agreement, proposal or engagement letter. The Company may accept or decline any engagement at its sole discretion.
